Buyer is responsible to verify local laws regarding firearms and concealed carry laws before purchase. In purchasing this holster, buyer assumes full responsibility to use legally and seller sells in good faith assuming such. Seller has the right to cancel a sale at any point for any reason. Upon cancellation of sale, buyer will be eligible for refund if payment was submitted. Seller is not liable for any damages, injuries, or fatalities in use of the holster. Buyer, in purchasing this holster, agrees to take full responsibility and liability for any injuries or fatalities where this holster was involved. SAFETY FIRST!!! All returns are conditional on the holster being postmarked within 14 days of sale. If holster is returned in less than new condition, as determined by Bass Tactical upon receiving the returned item, a portion of the holster cost may be deducted from any returns. If the holster is damaged beyond the standard of new resale, buyer is responsible for the full cost unless the holster is returned due to manufacture error (e.g. stitching falling apart, clip breaks, or leather compromised). Buyer is also responsible for any merchant service refund fees and shipping costs. If buyer requests a unique customization in holster design (defined as anything different than what is in the original listing), returns will not be accepted.
